Not just quantity, Argentina also takes pride in the quality of its tech talents, securing top rank in Coursera’s 2019 Global Skills Index for advanced tech skills.
English Proficiency
When it comes down to English proficiency, Argentina holds its own in Latin America better than most. EF’s English Proficiency Index gives Argentina a score of 58.38 out of 100, the highest among Central and South American countries. It is the only country in the region to achieve a 'high proficiency' score!
